After payment confirmation, your files will be available for download immediately. You may receive a prompt on-screen button with a download link. If you encounter any issue during download, please reach out promptly to ensure access.

If you're unable to download your files—due to browser/device issues or technical errors—please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. Upon verifying your purchase, we’ll re-enable your download or send the file directly via email.

Once the biodata file is downloaded successfully, it is considered delivered and your responsibility. We recommend storing it securely on your preferred device or cloud storage, as re-downloads may no longer be available after an extended period.

As the service is entirely digital, there is no provision for shipping, returns, or delivery delays associated with physical goods. All content is delivered online and is non-returnable after download.
