If you are unable to download your biodata successfully after payment, kindly reach out immediately with your payment details and screenshots. We will do our best to resolve the matter swiftly.

  • If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund.
  • Refunds may also be issued in rare cases where the file is corrupted or incorrect.

3. 💸 Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days from confirmation that your issue couldn’t be fixed. We will process refunds via the same payment method used originally. If refunding through the original channel isn’t possible, we’ll work with you to find an acceptable alternative.
